Pastors Kevin and Wanda Ross are the loving and encouraging Senior Pastors at Victory Church. They share the same passion to see people live a victorious life in Christ. They believe living victoriously is about living a life filled with purpose in harmony with God’s plan for us.

Between the two of them they have over 30 years of ministry experience. Before Victory Church, they Co-Pastored Victory Chapel for 15 years and planted Victory Community Church both in Accokeek, MD.

Pastors Kevin and Wanda have been married for over 40 years. They have two adult sons and three precious grandchildren so far!

Reverends Kevin and Lindsey serve as Lead Elders alongside Senior Pastors Kevin and Wanda Ross.

Rev Kevin is known for being a strong teacher, an encourager and a caring counselor. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Victory where biblical views are embraced and encouraged. Rev Kevin takes worship and preaching very seriously, and above all he embraces the life of a servant.

Rev Lindsey shares that same servant’s heart and passion for Victory’s children and youth ministries. She believes in planting seeds of faith early and creating spaces where young people encounter God’s love in real and lasting ways.

Rev. Kevin and Lindsey have been married for 15 years and are proud parents to their three children: 11-year-old twins, Kevin III and Brooklyn, and their youngest son, 5-year-old Eli.
